He was very encouraging, outgoing and knowledgeable. I love my 2019 Honda Accord Sadan and definitely will be going back to Sons Honda for my next car as well .

Mr. David Mitchell Jr was the most helpful and personable salesmen I’ve ever had. I desperately needed a new car as the one that I had was seeming to be on it’s last legs. When I thought I’d decided on the car I wanted, he had us on a test drive in less than five minutes. He was very detail oriented when it came to all of the car’s safety features and little extras that made the car stand out to me. I was sold on the car before the test drive was even over, and that wasn’t even the best part. I’ve worked at the biggest car dealership in the state and I’ve never seen a deal done so quickly. He went over all of the paperwork with me, made sure I understood everything, assisted me more than I ever thought possible with my trade-in, and finished the deal in such a timely manner despite the trouble I put him through all while having a smile on his face. I was so unsure upon entering the dealership, but after my experience with Mr. Mitchell (and the amazing car I purchased), I can safely say they’ve made a customer for life out of me!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE on Saturday, 9/7/19 Staff was extremely efficient, professional, cordial and helpful. Provided a comfortable place to wait with beverages and donuts since I was there at 8:10 a.m. to get oil changed/tires rotated. I'm always treated well while having my car serviced. Kudos to Sons Honda service staff! Jessica Coleman, Service Department was extremely helpful and kept me informed.

I usually hate the car buying process but this experience was totally different from what I've experienced in the past. The customer service was awesome and I didn't feel pressured into buying. I did like the sale man Mr. G. He made the process smooth, all though, I had to wait on finance. Fiance did try to push some services that I did not need, but I suppose that is their job. Over all I got a great car.
